Pessimism or Optimism? 

Someone asked me, whether I am a pessimist or an optimistic person? Well, I am both and probably that’s what makes me human. After constant failures, it’s natural for me to get negative thoughts and I take a little more than required time to come out from it and I don’t think it’s a bad thing. A little doubt or a tad of negativity has been always healthy to grow in your career or relationships. We need to make a balance of both negativity and positivity.

Just don’t tilt towards any side completely, as excess of anything is harmful. Don’t hold your “pessimism” for a long time, as it could make you cold, rude, impatient, skeptical or cynical. Always being positive is a good thing, but don’t be “too positive” as it might make you egoistic or over confident, that nothing bad will happen to you. No matter what phase you are going through, just express yourself freely, express all your emotions. Expressing your negative emotions at times won’t make you weak. Don’t express what other people want you to express, express what comes true from your heart and if people don’t understand the simple fact that being a human it’s natural for you to show your multiple emotions, and if they think that you are a different person now because you are not expressing how they want you to express,  trust me they don’t deserve to be in your life.
